One thing I’ve found in my brief time living ‘back home’ is that the character of Lough Neagh seems to change with the weather. It can be windswept with waves or flat calm and overcast. Today was a calm day, with a few ripples, but plenty of cloud – the ideal day for a big stopper long exposure. As I was taking the shots the sun deigned to shine through the clouds, resulting in some wonderful rays beaming down from above.
