One thing is Southport’s favour is its big skies. Down by the beach you can get some spectacular views, particularly as the sun sets. Of course, sometimes, when there is no cloud whatsoever the skies aren’t that great. This evening was one of those times, hardly a wisp of cloud to add interest to the scene as the sun dipped below the railing. Anyway, a little bit of Lightroom/Photoshop/Photomatix magic coupled with multiple exposures produced this image. I hope you like it!
